Diet Successfully With Popular Celebrity Diets

Many celebrities today go through some rather strange methods in order to keep their slim and trim look. The bizarre diets include methods that would not be healthy for a long period of time. However, there are those select Hollywood stars that follow popular diets today that can work for you.

Several diets have been adopted by many top celebrities with great success. They do not undergo extreme measures in order to stay thin, or keep their look of mass appeal. Books have been written about them, and television infomercials use their name as an endorsement. The fact is that there are a few of these diets that can help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Weight Watchers Diet

The diet that has a great deal of celebrity endorsement, and a myriad of commercials advertising it, is the Weight Watchers Diet. Kirstie Alley, Jennifer Hudson, Jenny McCarthy, and even Sarah Ferguson have all been involved with the “selling” of this diet. The reality of this diet is that is actually worked for these celebrities and many others. The support group is a big attraction as it helps with maintaining the diet and with a better overall self confidence. Weight Watchers offer two different plants for its customers to choose from. Following a point system for each different food, it is easy to create a menu plan following the calorie count and fat restrictions that Weight Watchers operates on.

Vegan Diet

Pamela Anderson, Natalie Portman, and Alicia Silverstone all partake of a vegan diet. This diet is starting to gain popularity with the general public and does not include any foods that are derived from animals. Several studies have shown several benefits that include excess weight being shed quickly and there is no cholesterol consumption. Consisting of fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes, many of the dieters maintain this type of diet as their overall lifestyle and religious belief.
