Potato Crocket
I cooked my version of a potato crocket last Christmas. It's a mixture of mashed potato, ground pork, butter, fresh milk, cheese, egg, and bread crambs and mayonnaise as toppings. My nephews and nieces loved it! :)

@MsRay: I'm a potato addict:) a friend of mine shared to me this recipe but I'm not sure if I did it right so that's why I made my own version...hehehe! I will try to make the procedure on how to cook it and will post it here asap.
