Maja Ala Ilongga

My sister in law Salome cooked this for our media noche. She's not an ilongga though but this recipe is called maja ala ilongga.

6 tbsps. nata de coco (red and green)
6 tbsps. cheese (grated)
1 tbsp. raisin
1 cup cornstarch
3 cups coco milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 tbsp. butter (melted)
1/2 cup sliced buko
1 170 gram nestle cream
Arrange 2 tbsp. nata de coc, 2 tsbp. cheese and raisin in a mold and set aside. Combine cornstarch, coco milk, condensed milk, sugar, and butter. Pour into 1 1/4 cups boiling water stirring continuously. Mix the remaining nata de coco and add in together with the buko, corn and stir until it curdles. Put in a pan.
