The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 3,825 out of 11,748 passed the Criminologist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Criminology in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last March 2012.

533 Pass Medical Technologist Exams
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Tuesday that 533 out of 804 passed the Medical Technologist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medical Technology in the cities of Manila, Baguio and Cebu this month.
The members of the Board of Medical Technology who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Marietta C. Baccay, Chairman; Marilyn R. Atienza and Marian M. Tantingco, Members.

203 pass Mideast architect exam
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday announced that 203 out of 423 passed the Architect Licensure Examination given by the Board of Architecture in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in Doha, Qatar in December 2011.
The members of the Board of Architecture who gave the licensure examination are Arch. Armando N. Alli, chairman; Arch. Angeline T. Chua Chiaco and Arch. Marietta B. Segovia, members.

PRC bares shortage of professionals
At least 10 industries are now facing severe shortage of professionals due to low number of board examinees, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said Thursday.
Citing PRC data from the past five years, PRC Commissioner Jennifer Manalili said in a media forum during the signing of a memorandum of agreement that the country in now facing an undersupply in some professions due the low turnout of students taking the needed courses.
