NGC celebrates the legend of Bruce Lee



Three decades ago, the world lost probably the most influential martial artist within and outside of Hollywood. Yet Bruce Lee, Jeet Kune Do founder, philosopher, film director and actor, continues to live on through his legacy.
National Geographic Channel (NGC) ushers in the Year of the Dragon by giving tribute to the “Way of the Dragon” and “Enter the Dragon” star with a series of previously-unseen, raw footages of the master martial artist in action, in front of and behind the screen.
On Jan. 17 at 9 p.m., catch the premiere of this special series of rare documentaries, footages, and home movies compiled for all Bruce Lee fans and followers alike.

Bruce Lee, The Curse of the Dragon. Explore the lingering question about the icon’s tragic death at the age of 32 and its possible connection to his son’s mysterious death two decades later. "The Curse of the Dragon" also includes interviews with fellow cast and crew members who have worked with him in the past.
Bruce Lee Lives! Get an in-depth look at the success, failure, plight and flight of the most influential martial artist of the 20th century through this six-part series. "Bruce Lee Lives!" includes personal stories and anecdotes from celebrities including Ryan Philippe, Carlos Santana, Jesse Ventura, Chuck Liddell, Criss Angel, Zach Snyder, DJ Steve Aoki, Omar Epps, the Metal Mulisha motocross crew, Jabbawockeez, Herschel Walker, and many others.
