Terminal Fees To Be Included in Tickets
Passengers will be charged airport terminal fees when they book their domestic flights starting August after government and airline companies agreed to include terminal fees in their plane ticket.
This means that that passengers will no longer endure the long queue at the airport to pay terminal fees.
But Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) general manager Jose Angel Honrado clarified that senior citizens, overseas Filipino workers, and others who are exempted from paying the terminal fees will have to comply with the new system and get a refund later.
