A friend of actress Angelica Panganiban has revealed that the actress and her current boyfriend John Lloyd Cruz have been friends long before their relationship turned into romance.

“Even before po naman mag-start po ‘yung shooting nila for the ‘24/7 [in Love]’ na movie, isang barkada na po talaga sila. Kumbaga parang lumalabas sila with different common friends. Pero hindi po ‘yung barkada na sobrang tight po na barkada eh.

Angelica’s Diamond Ring From John Lloyd?

First a car, now a ring.

Netizens’ eyes were on the diamond ring on Angelica Panganiban’s ring finger, as seen on a photo of her left hand which she posted on Instagram last Sept. 7. Its accompanying caption, however, bore no mention of the stunning piece: “Shooting... Bagay pala ang long nails sakin. Pero d ko ma maintain! Masyadong pa gurl.”

Many wondered if the ring was a mere accessory for the shoot or if it was a special present from her rumored new love John Lloyd Cruz. Angelica hasn’t posted a response on the matter as of this writing.
