Possession of Janelle video punishable

Police warned internet users that they may be jailed if caught sharing or uploading the sex video of embattled actress Janelle Manahan and her slain boyfriend Ramgen Revilla.

Senior Supt. Chris Laxa, deputy chief for Operations of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), said they have already started tracking down the Internet protocol address which uploaded the first sex video through a popular networking site last month.

Janelle talks about sex video

Janelle Manahan, girlfriend of murdered actor Ramgen Revilla, on Friday openly answered questions about their controversial sex video that was leaked in social networking sites.

In an interview with “Umagang Kay Ganda,“ Mahanan said the video was taken in 2007. She said the video was deleted in 2009 when the sex videos of Hayden Kho were exposed.

Janelle Manahan's lawyers suspect Ram's sister Mara uploaded sex video

Lawyers of actress Janelle Manahan have intimated that Ramona “Mara” Bautista might have uploaded the sex video of their client and murdered actor Ram Revilla that made rounds online late last year.

“Batay sa aming pagmo-monitor… noong pumutok ang sex video at in-upload ito sa YouTube, ang mga IP addresses umano ay galing pang Europa. At alam naman natin kung sino sa pamilya Bautista ang nasa Europa ngayon. Walang iba kundi si Mara Bautista,” Atty. Argee Guevarra, one of Janelle’s lawyers, told “The Buzz” in an interview, Jan. 8.

Janelle blames Bautista family for spread of her 'intimate video' with murdered boyfriend Ramgen

Janelle Manahan is saddened upon learning that an “intimate video” of hers with murdered boyfriend Ramgen Revilla (Bautista in real life) went viral on different social networking sites since Dec. 29, 2011.

Janelle’s legal counsel Atty. Argee Guevarra confirmed that it was really her client that was seen on the video, which seemingly took place in a bathroom, PEP reported.

Janelle Manahan seeks protection

The camp of actress Janelle Manahan Thursday sought for a Department of Justice (DoJ) protection due to the threats in the life of the actress after giving detailed statements on the murder of actor Ram Revilla that implicated the slain actor's sister Ramona.

Lawyer Restituto Mendoza, who stands counsel for Manahan, filed on Thursday a request for his client's inclusion to the DoJ's Witness Protection Program (WPP) as he believes that the life of Revilla's girlfriend is still in danger.
