What jobs are in-demand and hard-to-fill in the Philippines and abroad this 2011 and in the next 10 years?
The Department of Labor and Employment’s (DOLE) Bureau of Local Employment (BLE) has announced a list of 108 “in-demand and hard-to-fill” occupations that need workers within the next 10 years.
The list was created based on findings of the DOLE’s latest labor market study under its “Project Jobsfit” program.
According to the BLE, many fresh graduates have a hard time finding jobs because their skills and educational background do not fit the needs of businesses.
