Bright Eyes

More than half the blindness in the world is caused by cataracts, a progressive clouding of the eye that comes with aging. Now a study suggests that eating a vitamin-rich diet or taking multivitamins may halve a person's risk. People who'd regularly consumed generous amounts of foods high in Riboflavin, carotene, and vitamin C and E were only half as likely to have cataracts as people who'd eaten poorly. A similar pattern was seen with multivitamins supplements. On the other hand, good diet never hurts. I hope you listened to your mother when she told you carrots are good for the eyes.
