Monique Wilson Saves


Playing the role of The Good Samaritan recently is actress Monique Wilson who took the time to help two hit-and-run victims get proper medical care.
The incident, as reported on Bomboradyo, occurred Thursday night on EDSA corner Macapagal Avenue in Pasay City.
Wilson was supposedly traversing the intersection when she chanced upon the victims identified as one Zyrelle Leorin, 20-years old, and a certain "Jane."
The two, who suffered cuts and bruises, were brought to the nearest hospital by the actress.

The driver of the wayward vehicle is still at large.
Wilson, 42 years old, got her start as a child performer via Repertory Philippines, one of the country’s oldest theatre companies.
She gained recognition worldwide as part of the original West End cast of “Miss Saigon” in 1989.
The multi-awarded actress, who is also credited as the founder of theater group, New Voice Company, has been  based in London, working as director of an acting school since 2008.
She is currently in the country performing in an ongoing local production of "The King And I" opposite Leo Valdez.
