Saudis Hiring 800 Muslim Nurses


Good news to female Muslim nurses.
The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia is hiring 800 female Muslim nurses, the Philippine Overseas and Employment Administration (POEA) announced on Friday.
This will be a government-to-government hiring of female Muslim nurses with a basic salary of SR3,150 for the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the POEA said in a press statement.

Applicants should not be more than 40 years old, preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and with or without Board License, said Director Apasra S. Abas of POEA, Region 10.
Abas said the applicants should also have at least one to two years’ hospital work experience and have taken Prometric exams. Prometric is a US company in the test administration industry which operates a test center network composed of over 10,000 sites in 160 countries.
Qualified applicants are advised to register online at www.poea.gov.ph orwww.eregister.poea.gov.ph and personally submit a detailed resume with job description, school credentials, and employment certificates, along with other requirements.
According to the POEA, the submission of applications is open until further notice at the four POEA Regional Centers in Mindanao, namely, Butuan City, Davao City, Zamboanga City and Cagayan de Oro City.
