Perfect comeback for Goma

BACK AFTER 10 YEARS: Time heals all wounds, or shall we say, only a perfect project can erase the wounds of the past so that a fresh start could be made.
In any case, Richard Gomez has returned to ABS-CBN after having been separated from his home network for 10 years. An original ABS-CBN star since the time the network re-opened in 1986, Gomez left the network under not so favorable circumstances then.
It took a major project, “Walang Hanggan,” to bring back the actor to the Bohol network. It helped that former girlfriend Dawn Zulueta was similarly cast in the same teleserye as his leading lady.
“Walang Hanggan” tells three love stories spanning three generations of lovers. It starts with the love triangle among Susan Roces, Eddie Gutierrez, and Helen Gamboa; followed by Richard and Dawn; and Coco Martin and Julia Montes.
Richard says his comeback to ABS-CBN couldn’t have been more momentous. He’s grateful having landed a drama series with a giant cast and one that obviously is being heavily invested upon by the network.
Set to premiere on Jan. 16, “Walang Hanggan” is shot in grand locations. A production executive says part of the plan is to shoot some scenes in Europe – yes, indeed!
