Janelle blames Bautista family for spread of her 'intimate video' with murdered boyfriend Ramgen

Janelle Manahan is saddened upon learning that an “intimate video” of hers with murdered boyfriend Ramgen Revilla (Bautista in real life) went viral on different social networking sites since Dec. 29, 2011.
Janelle’s legal counsel Atty. Argee Guevarra confirmed that it was really her client that was seen on the video, which seemingly took place in a bathroom, PEP reported.
“This video represents the second assassination of Ramgen and second frustrated murder of Janelle orchestrated and masterminded by the Bautista household,” PEP quoted Guevarra.
Guevarra, likewise, accused the late actor’s family as the mastermind of the video’s spread.
The lawyer recounted an incident, as told by Janelle, claiming that one of Ramgen’s siblings has been blackmailing her through Facebook.
“She was told, ‘You are not clean Ate Janelle,’” Guevarra said in the same PEP report.
“That video was stored in Ramgen’s computer and later transferred to one of the computers of the Bautista household,” added Guevarra, insinuating that there can be no other suspects except the Bautista family.
As of the moment, Janelle has been placed by the Department of Justice (DOJ) under its Witness Protection Program (WPP), as she is the state witness in the murder case filed against Ramona and Ramon Joseph Bautista, the alleged masterminds of Ramgen’s murder on Oct. 28 in their Parañaque home.
Janelle also wants Gail Bautista and husband Hiro Furuyama to be counted as suspects behind the murder.
Meanwhile, the Bautista family through its lawyer Atty. Jeffrey Gepte, called the accusation of Janelle’s camp “absurd.”
“It’s absurd [to blame the family] because it’s a private matter between Ramgen and Janelle. So it would be very absurd for the whole Bautista family to know about it,” said Gepte, adding that it could not be concluded that the video is solely Ramgen’s.
In a separate report, Ramgen’s half-brother Senator Bong Revilla Jr., and incidentally is one of the authors of Anti-Voyeurism Act in the Philippines, was requested by Atty. Guevarra to find out the person/s behind the release of the Ramgen-Janelle video.
The senator has already sought  the help of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to handle the case.
“Sobrang pambababoy ang ginagawa nila sa kapatid ko. Karumal-dumal na nga ang pagkamatay ni Ramgen, sinisira pa nila ang pagkatao. Mas grabe pa ang pambababoy na ginagawa nila kay Janelle. Grabe na ang kanyang pinagdaanan, at pilit pa nilang niyuyurakan ang pagkababae nito ngayon,” Revilla said in a press statement.
