426 pass Customs Broker exam


The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Thursday announced that 426 out of 1,159 passed the Customs Broker Licensure Examination given by the Board for Customs Brokers in Manila, Cebu, and Davao last October.
On the PRC Board for Customs Brokers are lawyer Ferdinand A. Nague, chairman; Felipe A. Bartolome and Silverio F. Montalbo, members.
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration starts on Nov. 14, 2011. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The successful examinees who garnered the 10 highest places in the Customs Broker Licensure Examination are: 1. Kenjie Macalintal Camatis, Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas, Inc., 90.00; Dianne Bernadeth Santos Cos-Agon, International School of Asia & the Pacific, 90.00; Kenneth Ray Bombita Tagle, Philippine Merchant Marine School-Las Piñas, 90.00;
2. Wyndell Labrador Diaz, Adamson University, 89.75;
3. Dominador Ando Duyogan Jr., University of Cebu, 89.50;
4. Nechelle Pagcaliwagan Sadiwa, Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas, Inc., 89.25;
5. Katrina Ann Dizon Aguilar, Asian Institute of Maritime Studies, 88.75;
6. Mark Cesar Atienza Capuno, Batangas State University-Batangas City, 88.50; Rodel Chua Elisterio, Philippine Maritime Institute-Manila 88.50 Nympha Salamat Santos, Philippine Merchant Marine School-Las Piñas, 88.50;
