Maria Aragon thrilled to sing in Pacquiao's next fight
Fil-Canadian YouTube sensation Maria Aragon could not hide her excitement over the possibility of being the artist to sing the Philippine National anthem in Manny Pacquiao's fight this November.
Aragon, who's known for doing her own version of Lady Gaga's "Born This Way," said she would give her best in singing "Lupang Hinirang" if given the chance.
She added that she would follow the marching tempo of the national anthem to avoid criticism.
"I really wanna, just gonna keep it simple, especially since it's my first really big performance, singing the national anthem. I really want to sing it the way that they wrote it, and the way that it's meant to be. And also, just to make the Filipinos proud," she said.
