The World’s Most Expensive Photograph



Believe it or not, this simple photograph of the Rhine River is the most expensive photograph in the world. 


The photograph titled ‘Rhein II’, was taken by German artist Andreas Gursky in 1999, and fetched US$4,338,500 when it was sold at Christie’s.

Janelle Manahan dreams of BF Ram, writes poem in hospital


Days before learning about the gruesome death of her boyfriend Ram Revilla, teen actress Janelle Manahan took to poetry to pour out her sentiments.
The poem, which she wrote on Nov. 1 while in her hospital bed, was flashed in an "Umagang Kay Ganda (UKG)" report on Nov. 10, and it read:

Rain to serve as army training assistant



Asian pop star Rain has been chosen as assistant instructor at Korean Army’s 5th Infantry Division recruit training center.
It’s been a month since Rain enlisted in the military last Oct. 11 where he will serve for two years.
Rain was reportedly picked as assistant instructor because of his excellent shooting skills and outstanding performance as trainee.

Sharon Cuneta: No project means sayonara?


 A source has whispered to Bulletin Entertainment that Sharon Cuneta will transfer to TV5 as soon as her contract with ABS-CBN expires in January 2012.
The tip goes that Cuneta's supposed big 2012 birthday bash on the Kapamilya Network has allegedly been canceled and that her movie, "Call Center," which would've co-starred Enrique Gil, Maja Salvador, Gerald Anderson and Julia Montes, got shelved, too.

PH ranks 4th in "The World's 10 Worst Countries for Business" list



Based on the World Bank's "Ease of Doing Business" study that surveyed 183 countries, CNBC.com came up with their own list—The World's 10 Worst Countries for Business on November 3.  The Philippines was ranked fourth because of its "unstable legal system, violence, and bureaucracy."
