10 Outstanding Public High School Students named
The Ten Outstanding Public School Students (TOPS) in ceremonies held at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City.
Academic excellence awardees are Freddie More Pablo (Sablayan National Comprehensive High School in Occidental Mindoro), Roma Jane Hechanova (Bacolod City National High School), Geila Mae delos Angeles (Gusa Regional High School in Cagayan de Oro City) and Ella May Maano (Muntinlupa High School).
