Precious And Marco Reveal 'Secrets' On Wedding Day

Sweethearts Precious Lara Quigaman and Marco Alcaraz tied the knot in an intimate garden-themed wedding on Sunday during which he revealed that she is heavy with their first child.

“You may be Miss International to everyone, but for me Jiamps [term of endearment]—you will always be my precious one. And I commit to taking care of you with all my life, my precious one—plus... our forthcoming son—and you both will be my precious two,” the actor was quoted to have said toward the end of his wedding vow by PEP in a report posted on July 8.

The Miss International 2005 titlist is reportedly five months pregnant and will give birth on November. According to a separate report on “Unang Hirit,” the couple will name their son, Noah.

Precious also made a revelation herself, as PEP reported that they have already gotten married “sa isang pribadong civil rites na may spiritual blessing” in 2010 while on vacation in Canada.

The event attended by the couple’s close family and friends was held at the Kuh Ledesma-owned Hacienda Isabella in Indang, Cavite. Precious walked down an aisle constructed in the middle of a swimming pool in a beige wedding gown tailored by Veejay Floresca. On the other hand, Marco donned a black suit by Randy Ortiz.

According to the same PEP article, the ceremony was presided was Without Walls Ministries Pastor John Vidal Gay.

Principal sponsors included Sen. Juan Miguel Zubiri, Camarines Sur Gov. El Ray Villafuerte, Ilocos Sur Vice-Governor Deogracias Savellano, ABS-CBN Channel Head Cory Vidanes, GMA-7 Vice-President for Entertainment Lilybeth Rasonable, and manager Noel Ferrer.

Actresses Maja Salvador and Valerie Concepcion were among the bridesmaids. Among other members of the entourage were actors Luis Alandy, Gerald Anderson, Jason Abalos, and Alfred Vargas.

“Unang Hirit” reported that celebrities Carlene Aguilar, John Hall, Albert Martinez, and Paolo Paraiso were also present.

Precious and Marco met reportedly met in 2007 through common friend, Valerie. It was in April 2010 when Precious confirmed their relationship on “The Buzz,” and nine months later, she revealed that they had already gotten engaged while in Canada.

“Unang Hirit” reported that the couple plans to have their honeymoon in Maldives.
