Shamcey Supsup wants to work with Piolo

Miss Universe Third Runner-up Shamcey Supsup has admitted receiving feelers from several parties that are interested to see her jumpstart a career in acting.
Although she is “open” to the idea, she is hesitant to dive into the profession anytime soon as she doesn't have prior experience.
“Never ako nag-teatro, wala naman akong alam pero kung gugustuhin naman kaya siguro given enough time talaga,” said she in an interview with Push.com.ph.
“Sa akin kung papasok man ako sa ganung larangan kailangan talagang paghandaan at hindi lang basta-basta,” she added.
“Pero I don’t know if I’m going to be comfortable with the camera, hindi ko alam.”
Still, Supsup has a leading man in mind if things fall through: Piolo Pascual.
“Of course, everyone naman dreams to have him as a leading man,” said she.
Although, of course, Supsup is saying this not with actress KC Concepcion and Sharon Cuneta in mind.
“Marami kasi akong mga kaklase na idol na idol siya [Piolo],” she said.
Supsup said she already met the actor and even documented the meeting for one of her friends. “Kinapalan ko na mukha ko kumuha talaga ako ng video,” she said.  “’Nung binigay ko, ‘yun pwede na daw siyang mamatay. Sobrang saya niya.”
In the same interview, Supsup shared her excitement of having been recently named Ambassador for Architecture ng National Commission for Culture and the Arts. “Siyempre nung nakita ko ‘yung invitation na ‘yun ‘di na ako nagdalawang isip. Go, go ako diyan. Kasi as an architect it’s everyone’s dream to become an ambassador for architecture and to express kung gaano kahalaga ito sa society kasi maraming ‘di nakaka-appreciate kung ano yung ginagawa ng arkitekto, kung ano ang use ng buildings sa paligid natin so masaya ako na naging parte ako nito.”
Supsup topped the Architecture Licensure Examination in July 2009. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Philippines.
