Worldwide hunt on for Ramona

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has started its worldwide hunt for Maria Ramona Bautista, starting off with the request to foreign authorities to check if she entered their respective countries.
NBI Director Magtanggol Gatdula said their request for assistance was not only sent to the Turkey where Bautista was last located but virtually to all the countries around the world.
“We are still waiting for the reply of the 188 countries that we have requested, and we hope there would be feedback,” said Gatdula during the opening ceremony of the Defense and Sporting Arms Show sponsored by the Association of Firearms and Ammunition Dealers (AFAD) in a Mandaluyong City mall Thursday morning.
Bautista is one of the alleged principal suspects in the killing of her own brother, actor Ramgen Bautista right inside their house in ParaƱaque City late last month.
The name of Bautista and her 18-year-old brother Ramon Joseph cropped up as the masterminds of the brutal slay of Ramgen after a man claimed that they promised to give P200,000 to kill the actor.
The man was supposed to be part of the kill plot, but allegedly backed out after learning that their victim is the son of actor-turned- politician Ramon Revilla Sr.
