Mnet Asian Music Awards 2011 nominees bared

Voting has started for the Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), a show that will recognize the best of K-pop.

The list of nominees this year includes almost all K-pop artists and grouped into different categories. The awards ceremony will be held in Singapore on Nov. 29.

In the Artist of the Year, singers who got nominated are Big Bang, Super Junior, 2NE1, KARA, Kim Bum Soo, TVXQ, BEAST, Girls Generation, Kim Bum Soo, Kim Wan Sun, Kim Ji Su, Kim Tae Woo, Kim Hyun Joong, Dal Shabet, Baek Ji Young, Boyfriend, Brown Eyed Girls, Brave Girls, Seo In Young, Sung Si Kyung, 2PM, f(x), G.NA, B1A4, Wheesung, Huh Gak, Han Groo, Jang Jae In, N-Train, A Pink and IU.

Nominated in the Song of the Year award are Jay Park -“Abandoned,” Girls Generation - “The Boys,” Super Junior - “Mr Simple,” Kim Gun Mo - “Sadder Than Yesterday,” Kim Hyun Joong - “Break Down,” Davichi - “Don’t Say Goodbye,” TVXQ - “Keep Your Head Down,” Leessang - “Turned Off The TV,” Mighty Mouth - “Tok Tok,” Baek Ji Young - “That Woman,” BEAST - “Fiction,” Big Bang - “Tonight,” and SECRET - “Shy Boy.”
