Bong Revilla dismayed that sister left for Hong Kong

 “A sign of guilt.”
This is Senator Ramon “Bong" Revilla Jr.'s assessment of his half-sister, Maria Ramona Revilla’s sudden flight to Hong Kong on Friday, Nov. 4 -- this, as confirmed by immigration authorities.
“Nakakalungkot. Bakit siya aalis? Dapat hinarap niya ito. This is a sign of guilt. Sa pagtakbo niya, nalulungkot kami. Wala. Ano pa ang
iisipin ng lahat ng tao? Lahat ng pamilya sa ginawa niya?" said he in an interview with “Saksi.”

The senator said he is as surprised as most with the sudden turn of events.
“Kung ano ang iniisip niyo yun na rin ang iniisip ko," said he.
"Talagang nakakagulat. I was shocked. As everyone. Talagang nakakapanginig ng laman.”
Ramona is implicated in the murder of her older brother, Ram Revilla. According to police, she as with another brother, Ramon Joseph "RJ" Bautista plotted the crime. Both denied the allegation.
Only a few hours prior to her departure, Ramona gave an exclusive interview with ANC, detailing how her brother tried to fight off his
assailants.

"Si Ramgen nagsasabi ng 'Sino ka, sino ka?' Tapos, nilabanan siya ni Ramgen. Narinig ko si Ramgen nagsabi 'Aray!' Tapos bumalik siya sa kuwarto. Pinilit niya nang buong lakas na isara yung pinto. Naipit pa nga yung kamay ng lalaki na naka-mask."
She proceeded by recanting her earlier statement that she was abducted by her brother’s attackers.
"Wala na po ako sa state of mind. Ang gusto ko na lang, maligtas yung sarili ko at makaalis ako ng place na nun. Nahihiya ako sa pamilya ko at sa buong mundo na iniwan ko lang sila. Hindi ko na po naisip. Ang gusto ko lang makaalis nung gabing yun,” said she.
Still, she insisted that she is innocent of the crime. "Malinis po ang konsensiya ko,” she stressed.
In a separate interview with ANC, Bong expressed his bewilderment over Ramona’s retraction.
"Bakit siya nagsisinungaling? said he.
The senator said he considers Ramona's recent action ill-advised as it will only serve to bolsters suspicion against her and RJ. "It’s a bad sign. Parang lalo niyang inipit ang kapatid niya sa ginawa niyang ito."
Bong denied allegations that he had custody of Ramona for the past few days. According to Bong, he last saw Ramona at the Paranaque City Police precinct, during RJ's inquest.
