1,123 pass medtech exams, 20 new electronics engineers listed

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Thursday that 1,123 out of 1,480 passed the Medical Technologist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medical Technology in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, and Davao this September.

The successful examinees who garnered the ten highest places are the following: Isabelle Basubas Baisac, Cebu Doctors’ University, 91.70; Sherry Mae CasiƱo Mondido, Velez College, 91.30; Gelyn Modequillo Ty, San Pedro College-Davao City, 90.20; Cyrille Maria Trinidad Bebelone Enobio, University of The Immaculate Conception-Davao, 89.80; Roxanne Maritana Figueroa, University of Perpetual Help System-Laguna, 89.60; Ma Cecilia Miranda Santos, University of Santo Tomas, 89.50;


Lourivy Pulvera Durano, University of the Immaculate Conception-Davao, 89.40; Michael John Amolong Mondragon, University Of Negros Occidental-Recoletos, 89.40; Jana Barbra Dela Cerna Mayol, Cebu Doctors University, 89.20; Cherry Rose Tuazon Reyes, University Of Santo Tomas, 89.20; Cheryl Julie Samson Argent, San Pedro College-Davao City, 89.00; Ray Carlo Villanueva De La Cruz, Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas, Inc., 88.90; and Jake Lester Pugao Villanueva, Far Eastern University-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, 88.90.

Meanwhile, the PRC said that 20 passed the Professional Electronics Engineer Examination given by the Board of Electronics Engineering in Manila this September 2011.

They are Genard Bentulan Aller, Romy Tamayo Beltran, Jandee Reyes Bonifacio, Frederick Caramat Calmona, Anthony Amigable Castrojo, Reynaldo Amistad Cortes, Darnell Hernandez De Luna, Modesto Nevado Gibas, Mercedenia Arce Lambino, Antonio Angelo Juan Limbaga, Enrico Lucero Manalo, Glenn Mosqueda Oberes, Oscar Faustino Oliva, Nesito Laurito Onde, Leopoldo II Espenilla Panganiban, Jose Agni Carmen Red, Rene Dela Cruz Ronquillo, Rodrigo Sarmiento Salvador, Jonathan Morales Tiston, and Romeo Lopez Jaena Zerrudo.

The registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for the successful examinees in the September Medical Technologist Licensure Examination will be from September 12 to September 15, 2011.

Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished oath form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), two passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), one 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), two sets of metered documentary stamps. and one short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the initial registration fee of P600 and annual registration fee of P450 for 2011-2014.

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
