Kate Middleton Joins Prince William in the 10th ARK Gala
Don't they look ravishing?
Of course they do!
Kate Middleton—or should we say, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge—got all done up to join her new hubby, Prince William for the10th annual Absolute Return for Kids (ARK) gala dinner in London Thursday night.
Arriving in a blue Jaguar, the Princess wore a blush organza Jenny Packham gown while her Prince strutted a sharp black tux.
The fundraiser took place in Perks Place, near where the newlyweds are said to have their London apartment.
ARK founder Arpad Busson told People he was thrilled to have the royal couple as their guests of honor, saying they, "bridge the generations. We need to get young philanthropists involved with us. They could not have been a better choice."
Photographs of the duo were snapped all night, from their arrival on the purple carpet until they took their seats.
At one point the two got separated, prompting Middleton to reportedly say, "We always get split up at these things."
Later on in the night, William made his first public speech since his wedding.
"Harry and I find ourselves in a position to be able to help. I really believe that individuals can make a serious difference—whether it's through wealth, through position, or some other advantage," he said, per the magazine. "Catherine and I hope to use our philanthropy as a long-term catalyst for meaningful change."
Other guests in attendance were Tom Ford, Jemima Khan, Prince Pavlos of Greece, Princess Marie-Chantal, Countess von Bismarck. American rock stars The Kings of Leon performed for the 900 guests.
